We are well aware of the fact that winter is no Fun for the skin. Cold weather and low humidity we tend to have dry skin or find wrinkles in our body (because of the cold weather). Without care dry skin leads to cracking and bleeding to heal our skin we need to take extra care of our skin. So here I am girls, In this blog we will be talking about some quick tips to heal our body form the cold weather as #WinterIsComing. So here we go.

Papaya Face Pack


I personally don’t like Papaya much, but my mom always use to say that it is good for health as well as skin. Well for making a Papaya Face Pack you need to take a ripe Papaya and mix it with a mashed Banana. Add 2 table spoon of honey to the mixture. Apply this paste all over your face and body. Honey naturally moisturizes for the skin. This pack will rejuvenate your skin.

Almond Face Pack


Take 1 table spoon of almond powder and mix it with 2 spoon of raw milk. Make a paste and apply it on your face. Keep it for atleast 10 minutes. Massage gently and wash off with water. Almonds are rich in Vitamin E and milk is an ultimate moisturizer for the skin. This pack will remove dryness and make your skin look softer.

Glycerine


It is easily available and it is used to solve various dry skin problems. It is natural moisturizer and helps to restore hydration of the skin, making it soft. It is the best home remedies for winters skin care you can always take up.
Petroleum Jelly-

It is easily available and very cheap. It can be used on dry skin, dry lips and cracked heel Petroleum jelly has moisturizing properties and helps to get rid of the above mention skin problems.
Water

We are always  told to drink lots and lots of water in every season but especially in winters because in winters we tends towardshot drinks like Tea and Coffee. A little warm water with a drop of lemon can be very refreshing and hydrating at the same time
 Mosturiser



It is essential for the skin to be mosturised especially for the dry skin. Dryness in hands, elbows and feets have thin skin and tend to lose moisture faster than other areas on the body. Apply mosturiser and cover it with warm socks (for Feet’s) or gloves over night.
Things to Remember:
Always use sunscreen to protect your skin for the sun (even in winters)
Take bath with Lukewater instead of Hot Water. This will keep your skin moisturize.
You can also put drops or almond oil or olive oil in your bathing water.
Keep yourself hydrated by drinking 8 glass of water a day.
Have a diet rich in Vitamin A,C,E.
